How to request a refund

2. Tell us briefly how it went — your feedback helps us improve.
3. We'll issue your refund within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

What's covered

The guarantee covers your first bottle of any product, ordered directly from wildcleanses.com. Subsequent bottles and bundled orders qualify for a prorated refund on unopened items.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellations before the next billing date stop all future charges.
